BioOk... Time to update the profile!
I'm (still) a student - just finished a BA in English and Media Studies, and in September will be beginning an MSc in Publishing. This will involve a move from Ireland to Scotland which I am equal parts nervous and excited about.
I adore reading, which is lucky, given that I've so much of it to do for college. Top five books are Catcher in the Rye, Jane Eyre, Atonement, Heart of Darkness and 1984. Favourite contemporary author is Ian McEwan. But I wouldn't consider myself that much of a lit nerd. I enjoy a (good) chick lit book as much as the next person.
Also love television and I'm addicted to buying TV boxsets. I'm currently making my way through 'The Wire' and 'Peep Show'. I also love Six Feet Under, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Being Human, Sugar Rush, Queer as Folk, Lost, Prison Break and I have a soft spot for TV panel shows, especially Mock the Week and QI.
I try and be healthy - I enjoy running and for the most part, eat a fairly well balanced diet. Since January, I've lost a stone in weight and my next goal is to lose another by the end of October.
Ok. Now I'm starting to waffle!
